This temporary opportunity provides practical exposure to data entry, recruitment coordination, and administrative functions, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. You will gain hands-on experience in managing data systems, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring activities within a professional office environment.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and consultants/clients
Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports
Update and maintain the firm's database, including scanning and filing of documents
Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Motivated, eager to learn, and proactive
Able to commit for at least 3 months
Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
