Learning Opportunities

This temporary opportunity provides practical exposure to data entry, recruitment coordination, and administrative functions, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. You will gain hands-on experience in managing data systems, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring activities within a professional office environment.

You will gain:

  • Practical exposure to data entry processes and database management

  • Experience in job posting and supporting recruitment activities

  • Strong coordination and communication skills through interview scheduling

  • A better understanding of office workflows and HR operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and updates into internal systems

  • Post job advertisements on job portals and other platforms

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and consultants/clients

  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports

  • Update and maintain the firm's database, including scanning and filing of documents

  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Motivated, eager to learn, and proactive

  • Able to commit for at least 3 months

Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
