- Position : Admin Assistant (Support/Documentation)
- Location : Kaki Bukit (Between Ubi & Kaki Bukit MRT)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3,200 + AWS + Bonus of Average 1-2 months + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Dental Benefits + Birthday Allowance

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare/collate documents for submission to consultants/clients ensure accuracy (reports, certificates, spreadsheets) maintain templates.
- Issue delivery orders coordinate suppliers/logistics track delivery schedules check goods before delivery.
- Tally/verify BOQ and assist with BOQ prep for new projects.
- General admin support for the project team (data entry, filing, photocopying) and ad-hoc tasks.
- Liaise with project lead and suppliers coordinate internally to meet timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field (Design/Events background a plus)
- 1-2 years of administrative experience (mid-career transition welcome)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only converse in Mandarin.
