Job Description:
- Provide site administrative supports.
- Perform accurate data entry / invoicing.
- Create and manage all documents in an organized, complete, and categorized manner to facilitate easy access to specific records and projects.
- Other general site administrative duties that may be assigned to you periodically, as your superior/HOD/management deem fit.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- GCE N, O Level or or equivalent
- Computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
- Meticulous and pay great attention to detail
- Capable of multitasking
- Immediate availability or able to start work within a short notice period is preferred
