Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Logistics Team in coordinating competition materials and operations with schools. This role involves handling logistics arrangements, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth delivery and collection for our competitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with schools on delivery and collection of competition materials
- Prepare and pack materials (e.g., papers, certificates, medals) for distribution
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries
- Track delivery status and follow up with schools when required
- Support logistics operations during competition periods
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle general administrative and logistics tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in logistics, admin, or school coordination
- Experience supporting events or large-scale operations
Working Hours
- Office-based role
- May require extended hours during peak competition periods
