Job Summary
You will be deployed to an MOE affiliated school.
Responsibilities
- Front counter duties, mainly to serve walk-in customers, students and teachers, answer telephone calls broadcast SMS messages when required.
- Handle basic first-aid, attend to students who are unwell, and contact parents.
- Follow-up on students early departure requests, staff daily attendance / temperature records and student uniform loan requests, etc.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mails, documents and magazines.
- Bus booking for school activities.
- Follow up on monthly redemption of e-transport vouchers and meals subsidy usage by MOE-FAS students.
- Maintain Lost & Found records
- Verify documents and track financial assistance or bursary applications.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the School.
Requirements
- GCE N Levels, with 3 subject passes
- Experienced in answering telephone calls and front desk customer service.
- Experienced in administration work.
- Proficient in IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Candidate with experience working as a receptionist in mainstream school is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
Additional Details
- Work Area: Ubi
- Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break.
- Rest Days: No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
- Contract Period: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026, with the option to extend for another year, subject to the school's approval.
