Job description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Corporate Secretarial Department. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain company records, and support the corporate secretarial team in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document submissions
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial team
- Assist in the preparation and filing of documents with regulatory authorities
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks.
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
