We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Clerk to join our team. You will be a key player in ensuring our office runs smoothly by providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
. Handle general office tasks: answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail.
. Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.
. Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
. Help with scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
. Support other teams with various administrative tasks as needed.
Who You Are:
. High school diploma or equivalent additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
. Some experience in an office environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends

Requirements
Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma
Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
Job type- full time
Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
