Job Summary
To provide administrative support by coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing billing data, maintaining records, and generating reports to ensure smooth business operations. This position requires the person to be stationed in our Jurong branch office. We offer a 5 day work week, health insurance and staff benefits.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks and facilitate communication among internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare accurate billing data sets and other business-related information to support financial processes
- Maintain and update data records systematically to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility
- Generate general reports as required to support management decision-making
- Execute assigned ad-hoc duties promptly to address evolving business needs
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with employees across diverse profiles to foster collaboration
- Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and contributing to team goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
