Job Summary
You will support daily operations by managing procurement tasks and assisting HR functions, ensuring accurate documentation, timely vendor coordination, and effective administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating procurement activities to support operational needs
- Track and monitor orders and deliveries to ensure timely receipt and vendor communication
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records for audit and reference purposes
- Support HR by managing employee records and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks
- Prepare summaries and documents to facilitate smooth office operations
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with procurement and basic HR processes in Singapore to enhance task effectiveness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) to prepare and manage documents
- Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
- Willingness to learn and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
