Job Summary

You will support daily operations by managing procurement tasks and assisting HR functions, ensuring accurate documentation, timely vendor coordination, and effective administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating procurement activities to support operational needs
  • Track and monitor orders and deliveries to ensure timely receipt and vendor communication
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records for audit and reference purposes
  • Support HR by managing employee records and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks
  • Prepare summaries and documents to facilitate smooth office operations
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with procurement and basic HR processes in Singapore to enhance task effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) to prepare and manage documents
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Willingness to learn and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
