Job Description

Talking Toes is a fast-growing clothing brand based in Singapore. We're on a mission to ignite positive change in people and our planet-one sock at a time.

We're looking for a sharp, reliable Part-Time Admin Assistant to work closely with me and keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

  • Report directly to the CEO and manage day-to-day administrative matters
  • Own the CEO's calendar - scheduling, coordinating, and anticipating needs before they arise
  • Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and internal coordination across the team
  • Organise files, documents, and records to keep operations clean and accessible
  • Support preparation for meetings, events, and business appointments
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as they come up

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable working with a fast-moving founder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Discretion and trustworthiness - you'll be privy to sensitive business matters
  • Prior admin or PA experience preferred, but we're open to the right person
  • Familiarity with productivity tools (Notion, Google Workspace, etc.) is a plus
