We're looking for a sharp, reliable Part-Time Admin Assistant to work closely with me and keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
- Report directly to the CEO and manage day-to-day administrative matters
- Own the CEO's calendar - scheduling, coordinating, and anticipating needs before they arise
- Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and internal coordination across the team
- Organise files, documents, and records to keep operations clean and accessible
- Support preparation for meetings, events, and business appointments
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as they come up
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable working with a fast-moving founder
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Discretion and trustworthiness - you'll be privy to sensitive business matters
- Prior admin or PA experience preferred, but we're open to the right person
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Notion, Google Workspace, etc.) is a plus
