Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Requirements

  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Document preparation e.g. drafting, prepare letters and other documents
  • Travel arrangements and booking hotels and reservations
  • Calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Assist in preparing and submitting expense claims
  • Manning incoming and directing the calls
  • Contract review for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
  • Perform bank deposits
  • Liaise with Chinese speaking clients
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
