Our clients are in the industry of manufacturing of Electronic Products, OEM and Semiconductor. As part of our expansion move for this year, we are looking for a competent candidate for the position.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and submitting expense and claims documentation.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries.
- Perform bank deposits and other related errands when required.
- Open, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
- Draft, prepare, and format letters and other documents.
- Maintain proper filing (physical and electronic) and document organization.
- Upload and cross-check agreements/contracts and related documents.
- Monitor pantry supplies and arrange replenishment when needed.
- Assist with hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and reservations.
- Support calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate and read in English & Mandarin to cross-check the agreement.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
