Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Singapore (Tuas)
Salary: $1,600/month (part-time)
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (timing to be discussed)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant (Part-Time) to support our operations and corporate functions. You will play a vital role in ensuring administrative tasks are completed according to SOPs, records are properly maintained, and departments receive timely support.

What You'll Do:
General Administration
. Assist with general administrative duties and ensure tasks follow SOPs.
. Maintain a proper filing system (physical and digital).
. Perform accurate data entry and record updates.
. Assist in answering phone calls when necessary.
Possible Job Scopes (including but not limited to):
You may be tasked to support different functions depending on operational needs. Examples of responsibilities include:
Operations: Updating records, coordinating logistics, filing reports.
Customer Service: Recording inquiries, documenting service requests, assisting follow-ups.
Human Resources: Maintaining employee files, onboarding paperwork, preparing simple reports.
Finance: Data entry for invoices, filing financial documents, assisting reconciliations.
Note: You may support more than one function at a time, depending on workload and priorities, but tasks will be assigned in a manageable and coordinated manner.
What We're Looking For
. Prior experience in administrative support or related roles preferred.
. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with data entry.
. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with stakeholders).
. Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
. Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage time effectively.
. Positive attitude with willingness to support colleagues across departments.
. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reporting Line
You will report directly to the supervisor of the department(s) you are supporting at that point in time (e.g., Operations Supervisor, HR Supervisor, Finance Supervisor, or Customer Service Supervisor) and / or the General Manager.
