Job Description

We are looking for a Admin Assistant on a 6-months contract basisto support the Dept of Student Services, Outbound Services (OS). Submit your application now!

What you will be working on

  • Upload student lists provided by staff onto the portal to facilitate trip applications and provide regular updates to staff on application status.
  • Review and verify submitted documents, perform data entry, liaise with students, and support various administrative processes related to overseas programmes.
  • Tabulate available funding against estimated trip expenses to support pre-trip fee collection from students.
  • Request quotations from designated travel agents for airfare, accommodation, and related travel arrangements.
  • Arrange travel insurance for students participating in overseas programmes.
  • Support additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma & above with 3 or more years of experience
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented and adept at problem solving
  • Have a pleasant disposition and is passionate about helping others
  • Ability to work independently and capable of being an effective team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IT savvy
