About Us
We are a food supply and distribution company in Singapore, delivering quality ingredients and reliable service to restaurants and businesses. Our team manages procurement, warehousing, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Working Hours

. Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
. Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
. Off Days: Sundays & Public Holidays

Responsibilities

. Assist with purchasing and supplier coordination
. Receive and check goods against purchase orders
. Inspect goods during loading/unloading for accuracy and quality
. Support warehouse team with picking and packing when required
. Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory
. Assist with stock forecasting to ensure sufficient supply and avoid shortages
. Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

. Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
. Comfortable with both desk work (ordering, documentation) and physical tasks (receiving, checking, picking)
. Must be comfortable using computers and our inventory management system
. Chinese speaking ability is an advantage (for supplier communication and documentation)
. Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage
