JOB DESCRIPTION

Process Optimization

. Analyze existing warehouse and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and
improvement opportunities to identify bottlenecks and resource waste.
. Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
. Develop standardized workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution across all shifts.
. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives to embed a culture of efficiency.

Warehouse & Systems Operations

. Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and picking/packing workflows to maximise efficiency
. Improve inventory handling processes to reduce errors, losses, and handling time.
. Analyze warehouse throughput and implement automation or system improvements where necessary.
. Support implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Logistics & Supply Chain Integration

. Improve efficiency inbound and outbound logistics processes.
. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline goods receiving, stock replenishment, and distribution.
. Analyze logistics costs and propose cost-saving initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

. Monitor operational KPIs such as order fulfilment time, inventory accuracy, picking efficiency, and warehouse productivity.
. Prepare reports and dashboards to track operational performance and provide management with insights on actionable insights
. Use data analysis to support management in decision-making and operational improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

. Work closely with warehouse supervisors, logistics teams, procurement, and sales departments.
. Train operations staff to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
. Support digital transformation and system implementation projects.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

. Ensure that all warehouse and supply chain activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
. Implement quality checkpoints within the picking and packing workflows to ensure quality
. Support the company in ensuring all process changes meet strict regulatory requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

. Minimum Degree holder
. Willing to learn
. Efficient and able to work independently
. Can cope with fast paced working environment
