Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Issue purchase orders accurately to ensure correct transaction processing
  • Prepare accurate quotations and invoices to support the sales department in client billing
  • Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods and services
  • Track client maintenance hours and arrange on-site checks according to contract agreements
  • Follow up on and maintain existing client contracts to ensure compliance and service continuity
  • Maintain simple bookkeeping of expenses using QuickBooks for accurate financial records
  • Manage inventory of stationery and pantry supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and control costs
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone enquiries to support customer service
  • Prepare monthly payslips and calculate overtime to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and process payments to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Coordinate recruitment activities by screening candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing onboarding documentation for new hires
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager to support team operations
