Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin and office support
  • Handle calls, emails, and basic correspondence
  • Maintain and organize files and records
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Prepare simple reports and do data entry
  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounts
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support HR or management when needed
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec / O-Level / Diploma
  • Some admin experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Outlook)
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage time well
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
