Admin Assistant
Work location: Marina Bay Financial Centre (Tower 3)
Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary up to $4,500
Job Scope:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Conduct market research and data analysis to help inform marketing strategies
- Manage the company's marketing assets, including materials, collateral, and digital resources
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and internal documentation
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager
Requirement:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools
