Reporting To: HR & Admin Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Admin Assistant Manager to support our HR and Admin functions. The role will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation for smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support worker recruitment to deployment processes, including documentation and records maintenance.
- Coordinate worker course bookings, training schedules, and handle follow-ups.
- Draft and respond to basic calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist internal teams with scheduling, coordination, and office management.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Provide support for HR documentation and compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
- Any degree or diploma
- 13 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction/engineering industry (advantageous but not required).
- Fluent in Tamil and English
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
