We produce and distribute premium giant groupers from our own fish farm in Changi, supplying 100-200 tonnes annually to Hong Kong and China. We operate 60 outlets across Singapore, delivering fresh farm-to-table seafood with strong central kitchen and F&B operations.
Job Summary
Support Central Kitchen and Production operations by managing administrative tasks, inventory, order processing, delivery coordination, and compliance to ensure smooth daily workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including answering calls, responding to emails, entering orders into the ordering system, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitor stock levels and product expiry dates to maintain inventory accuracy and assist in timely supply ordering
- Process orders from multiple outlets by picking, packing, labeling, and coordinating deliveries to ensure accurate and prompt fulfillment
- Maintain precise data entry for stock movement, orders, and delivery schedules in the kitchen management system
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of orders
- Generate operational reports on inventory status, order processing, and dispatch timelines to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by maintaining proper operational records
- Communicate effectively with outlet managers, chefs, customers, and delivery teams to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflows
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Business Management, Logistic Management, or related fields
- Ability to work 6 days a week
- Immediate or short-notice availability
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in central kitchen or F&B operations environment
