Job Description

KeyResponsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle data entry, filing, and proper document organization
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders across multiple outlets
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support operational needs
  • Assist in managing schedules, emails, calls, and general office correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation at all times
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any field
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
