Admin Assistant (Office Support)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier, sub-contractor invoices and weekly workers petty cash claims
- Coordinate with sub-contractor for on-site measurements
- Coordinate with materials supplier for ordering
- General adminstative duties
Requirements:
- Those with past experience in renovation / construction industry are preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years admin experience preferred
- Good working attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Independent, energetic and presentable
