Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations by managing communications, scheduling, record keeping, and assisting team members to ensure smooth workflow in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and maintain organized filing and documentation systems to support office efficiency
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to optimize team time management
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications to ensure timely and clear information flow
  • Maintain accurate records and organize office documents for easy retrieval and compliance
  • Assist team members with daily operational tasks to support overall office productivity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, to perform administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to office needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
