Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and maintain organized filing and documentation systems to support office efficiency
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to optimize team time management
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications to ensure timely and clear information flow
- Maintain accurate records and organize office documents for easy retrieval and compliance
- Assist team members with daily operational tasks to support overall office productivity
