Job Responsibilities:
Invoicing Support
Prepare and process invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
Upload and maintain related supporting documents in the system.
Ensure all invoicing documentation is complete and submitted within deadlines.
Assist in tracking outstanding invoices when required.
Letters of Credit (LC) Support
Assist in checking LC documents against requirements.
Support preparation and submission of LC-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with LC terms.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support for daily office operations.
Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assist with coordination of office matters and logistics.
Backup & Team Support
Provide backup support to the Admin Executive during absence.
Assist team members as required to ensure smooth operations.
Ad-hoc Duties
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum O-Level or Diploma qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Basic understanding of invoicing and documentation processes.
Experience or exposure to LC processes is an added advantage.
Training provided.
