Position: Full-time, 5-day work week
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and physically fit individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant cum Warehouse Storekeeper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and sales coordination support
- Support customer basic sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a prompt and professional manner
- Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams on order processing and delivery scheduling
- Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and stock picking lists
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO), perform goods receipt
- Monitor stock levels within office warehouse, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, and credit control
- Perform general administrative duties and support finance functions as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word to perform data entry and documentation tasks
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge to assist with financial record keeping
- Physical fitness to handle light-to-moderate goods packing and shifting safely and effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of basic accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks Online to enhance finance support capabilities
- Meticulous and accurate data entry skills to ensure error-free records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to maintain productivity
