Job Summary:
You will play a support role in ensuring the efficient coordination between customers, the sales team, workshop operations, and logistics.
Job Duties:
- Provide general admin support to the teams, including preparing presentations, scheduling client meetings, or summarising customer feedback.
- Using the SAP accounting system, generate sales billing.
- Communicate with workshop team and follow up with customers on order confirmations.
- Monitor, update, and renew the MHE road tax, inspection, and insurance documentation.
Requirements:
- N level qualifications
- Able to communicate not only in English, Mandarin preferred for liaising with local vendors, clients, and Chinese suppliers.
- Basic Excel and Word
- Immediate availability preferred
- Vacancy open for Singaporeans/SPR only
- Full-time employment
- 5.0 days work week
