Job Description

Job Summary:

You will play a support role in ensuring the efficient coordination between customers, the sales team, workshop operations, and logistics.

Job Duties:

  • Provide general admin support to the teams, including preparing presentations, scheduling client meetings, or summarising customer feedback.
  • Using the SAP accounting system, generate sales billing.
  • Communicate with workshop team and follow up with customers on order confirmations.
  • Monitor, update, and renew the MHE road tax, inspection, and insurance documentation.

Requirements:

  • N level qualifications
  • Able to communicate not only in English, Mandarin preferred for liaising with local vendors, clients, and Chinese suppliers.
  • Basic Excel and Word
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Vacancy open for Singaporeans/SPR only
  • Full-time employment
  • 5.0 days work week
