  • Compiling, maintaining and updating company records and office business transactions
  • Taking and processing orders. Receive deliveries of goods
  • Calling and answering phone calls with customers and vendors
  • Monitor, maintain, and order office and production supplies and inventories
  • Provide support to relevant team
  • General administration duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement and Skill

  • Competency in MS Excel, Word & etc
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent documentation, data entry and administrative skills.
  • Well organized, ability to perform filing & record keeping tasks
  • Good at multitasking
  • Basic understanding of accounts
  • Able to start early, 5am.
  • Working Hours: 5am to 3pm; Mondays to Saturdays (Have breakfast and lunch breaks)
