Job Summary:
Support sales & ops teams with admin tasks, calls, records, logistics, visitors & courier handling.
.Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, and serve beverages as needed.
. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the relevant personnel.
. Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and data entry.
. Maintain and update customer sales records in the database.
. Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks, including document checking and filing.
. Arrange courier services and coordinate with freight forwarders for goods delivery.
. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth movement of materials and finished goods.
. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
. Minimum SPM or Diploma in relevant field.
. 1 year of admin/logistics experience preferred.
. Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., AutoCount) and MS Office.
. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Working Hours:
. Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
