Job Description

Our client is a Marine and Offshore Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Admin Assistant to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
  • Location: Penjuru Lane
  • Transportation Provided (Bishan/ Serangoon/ Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the shared mailbox and prioritize urgent email and fax requests in a timely manner.
  • Issue Delivery Orders (DOs) and cash invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor outstanding or pending enquiries and follow up with third-party vendors on product-related matters.
  • Verify Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy, including pricing, stock availability, terms, and shipping conditions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Class A key customer enquiries and quotations, and support team members in handling key customer accounts to ensure seamless coverage.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
