We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative and basic accounting operations. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, we welcome you to join our team.
Provide general administrative support including filing, documentation, and correspondence
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Support accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups
Liaise with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum 1 year of administrative or accounting experience preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting functions is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
