We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including handling correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with data entry, reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Support HR and Finance functions with administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting will be a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
