Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Account Assistant to support daily administrative operations and basic accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Handle correspondence, file documents, and manage records to maintain organized administrative workflows
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment to ensure availability and proper functioning
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Enter accounting transactions accurately and maintain up-to-date financial records for reporting purposes
- Support accounts payable and receivable by processing invoices and following up on outstanding payments
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external parties such as customers, suppliers, and auditors to facilitate smooth operations
- Assist HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks to support departmental functions
- Perform other ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to team success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative and/or accounting roles to perform job functions effectively
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles to support financial record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and external contacts
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
