JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support day-to-day office administration and operations (filing, documentation, invoice/admin tracking, basic payroll, staff claims)
- Assist with vendor sourcing, quotations, procurement and coordination for office and event-related products/services and supplies
- Help manage vendor and client enquiries and follow-ups (email / WhatsApp / calls) when needed
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the events team to ensure smooth and timely execution, including on-site support during event days where required
- Coordinate travel arrangements for overseas events when needed (may be required to support or travel occasionally)
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain clear communication across project stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in administrative / operations roles (events or agency environment is a plus)
- Responsible, reliable, and organised with strong follow-through
- Resourceful and independent able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS EXCEL
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and processes
WORK ARRANGEMENT
- 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 6.30pm)
- On occasion, support may be required outside of these 4 days (e.g. event days). Time-off will be provided in lieu / compensated with off days.
- Some on-site support may be required during event periods
