Part-Time Personal cum Admin Assistant
What You'll Do
- Support management with admin tasks
- Provide basic IT help and troubleshooting
- Basic social media skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Manage office pantry, storage, and filing
- Process Manager claims
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks when needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic IT knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Preferably living in Central or West areas
Working Hours
- Part-time: 2-3 days per week
- 4 hours per day
- Working hours are flexible and can be discussed
