Job Scope:
- Coordinate orders and manage the tracking and distribution of office and operational supplies.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Create and process Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders (DOs), and invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or relevant departments for stock replenishment.
- Liaise with customers and provide support in sales-related matters.
- Work closely with internal teams, including the technician team, to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the sales team with daily tasks and follow-ups.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, emailing, and organizing documents.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
