We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin Assistant, Data Entry, to support our data entry project. The role will focus on updating and maintaining accurate records of M&E, Rehab, and Medical asset lists for our Centre-Based Services in the CAMS system. This is a 3-month contract position.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of M&E, Rehab, and Medical asset lists into the CAMS system.
- Verify, update, and maintain asset records to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in checking asset details against source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support administrative tasks related to asset documentation and record-keeping.
- Work closely with the Centre-Based Services team to clarify and resolve discrepancies in data.
Job Requirements
- GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to completing tasks within the contract period.
