About the Role
We are representing an established company seeking an Admin Assistant / Customer Service Officer to support daily administrative operations, customer service, and sales coordination activities. This role suits candidates who are organised, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting both customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally

  • Provide administrative and sales support, including order processing and documentation

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales-related paperwork

  • Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules, and service appointments

  • Liaise with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system

  • Assist in preparing sales reports and basic data tracking

  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent

  • Preferably to have experience in admin, customer service, or sales support preferred

  • Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

  • Customer-focused with a positive working attitude
