About the Role
We are representing an established company seeking an Admin Assistant / Customer Service Officer to support daily administrative operations, customer service, and sales coordination activities. This role suits candidates who are organised, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting both customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
Provide administrative and sales support, including order processing and documentation
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales-related paperwork
Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules, and service appointments
Liaise with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system
Assist in preparing sales reports and basic data tracking
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE O Level, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent
Preferably to have experience in admin, customer service, or sales support preferred
Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Customer-focused with a positive working attitude
