Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties
- Handling, sorting, updating and filing of documents
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Request for Quotation, Follow up Purchase Order
- Match invoice, DO and PO, ensure correct billing prices
- Manage organization's certifications & Insurance (Apply/Renew)
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Other Adhoc work
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least O Level Certificate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Meticulous and willing to learn
- On the job training will be provided, able to work in a fast paced environment, relevant experience is an advantage
