Key Responsibilities
- Assist in full recruitment cycles of new workers including liaising with MOM for applications, renewal and cancellation of Worker Permits.
- Liaise and organize paperwork for government departments (ACRA, MOM, CPF, etc).
- Prepare HR related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, furnishings and equipment inventory.
- Register and renewal of workers mandatory training courses (CSOC, RES, REO, Lifting supervisor cert, etc)
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
Requirement:
- Experience in HR / Administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MOM regulations & foreign worker processes preferred.
