Roles & Responsibilities - Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions. This role involves providing essential support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office activities, and ensuring efficient and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Provide direct support to managers and departments in handling operational issues and coordinating internal processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry as required.
- Support HR and Finance departments with documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Follow office procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify and resolve administrative and operational issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
