We are looking for a Admin Assistant to support the administrative functions of the company.The ideal candidate will assist with data entry,manage documentation,labels printing, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
We require a positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
Administrative Duties
Handle office administrative tasks and incoming emails.
Prepare customer documents (MSDS,COA) & Purchase Order for office purchases.
Issue invoices and coordinate shipping arrangement with customers and forwarders.
Printing of stickers labels for shipments & updating of excel worksheets.
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping.
Requirements
Minimum N level or O Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word
Entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
