The Admin Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and office support to ensure smooth and efficient operations in a corporate environment. This role involves office coordination, documentation, vendor liaison, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, and able to work independently while communicating professionally in English and Mandarin as job requires him or her to handle Chinese speaking stakeholders.
Provide general administrative and office support to management and team members.
Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and basic procurement.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Coordinate office equipment maintenance and servicing.
Handle filing, documentation, deliveries, and reception of office guests.
Perform occasional office-related errands, including driving when required.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Well-organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
