Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, rental agreements, and invoices to support sales activities and ensure accurate customer billing

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance for customers vehicles to ensure timely servicing and vehicle readiness

• Communicate effectively with customers to arrange vehicle collection and switching, ensuring a smooth customer experience

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide accurate information and resolve issues

• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support team operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supporting sales or vehicle rental operations

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers

• Demonstrate a pleasant personality and a service-oriented attitude to enhance customer satisfaction

• Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with customers and team members

• Show resourcefulness, independence, and initiative in managing tasks and solving problems

Other Information

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

• Company transport provided at designated MRT Stations
