Job Summary

Manage resident relations, support financial and operational estate functions, and coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth property management and enhance community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve resident feedback and complaints to maintain positive community relations and encourage participation in estate activities
  • Execute financial tasks including managing petty cash, updating trust accounts, and issuing receipts to ensure accurate financial records
  • Monitor staff and vendor performance to uphold estate operational standards and enforce compliance with estate rules
  • Maintain and organize documentation and filing systems to support strata roll updates and distribution of legal notices
  • Coordinate and document meetings by preparing minutes and providing general administrative support to facilitate effective communication and operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in MCST or residential estate management to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support administrative and financial tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve operational goals
