Job Description

Position title : Operations Admin Assistant

Location: Blk Defu South Street, Nearest Mrt: Bartley

Working Days: 5. 5 days

Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm 8:30am -1:00pm

Salary : $1600 to $2300 [ Max $2300 ]

Responsibilities

  • Check physical stock summary report

-Individual vouchers is being input correctly by store (presently manual copy)
- Check for variance between stock take summary against TH system
- Report variance to Filling plant immediately
- Standby for further instruction from filling plant

  • Receive order from Dealer.
  • Collect payment from dealer and bank in cheque
  • Receive order from milkrun customer and arrange milkrun trip
  • Receive order from commercial customer and arrange commercial trip
  • Record and arrange Store OT schedule and claim
  • Record and attend to authorities inspection on site
  • Record and attend to dispute if possible with supervisor (proper form to filled)
  • Record and do Physical stocktake check to verify when necessary with supervisor or ensure store do stocktake at least twice a day (proper form to filled)
  • Arrange and liaise with filling plant for reject goods.(proper form to filled)
  • Attend to queries from customer, dealer and feedback to filling plant
  • Disseminate depot rules and regulations to all stakeholders (proper form to filled)
  • To record on support document all person that contravene rules and regulation (proper form to filled)
  • Inform filling plant and if necessary, issue warning letter to relevant party with support documents
  • Manage good housekeeping with supervisor
  • Operate and monitor surveillance camera
  • Inform filling plant on expiry/damage of items. (fire extinguishers, water dispenser, lighting, camera, etc)
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any


Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
