Job Summary
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and provide administrative assistance to various departments.
Main Duties
- Handle office administration and ordering of supplies (stationery, pantry items, business cards, etc.)
- Assist with new employee orientation and training coordination
- Maintain staff records and personnel files confidentially
- Process insurance matters and claims
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Track staff attendance, leave, and overtime
- Assist with payroll processing
- Support Leasing Manager with agreement monitoring
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks
- Collect payments and prepare aging reports
- Verify customers invoices
- Prepare invoices to customers based on quotations
- Process payments to contractors and suppliers
- Prepare month-end journal entries
- Maintain fixed asset records
